Responsibilities:
- Manage trucking activities to fulfil customers’ delivery requirement
- Provide real-time updated on job progress into system
- Monitor truck and delivery status to optimize resources
- Deploy prime mover drivers to perform trucking job
- Responsible to ensure that all customer deliveries and requirements are fulfilled
- Plan and assign the routes for all prime mover drivers for deliveries such as police escort
- Ensure all prime mover drivers are aware of specific customer requirements
- Conduct toolbox meeting
- Liaise with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing
- Process driver’s incentives payment
- Perform port clearance activities
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” level
- At least 1 year relevant experience in deploying drivers for trucking (loose cargo) jobs
- Familiar with Portnet
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and drivers
- Able to work independently, multi-task and under pressure
