Job Description:
- Receive inventory orders from customers and verify container arrival at our yard
- Assign containers according to customer requirements for export once order is received
- Send container list and mapping to Transport for export
- Handle Cash Claims from drivers daily
- Prepare Prime Mover Drives’ cash replenishment form for reimbursement
- Tally customer’s export container delivery note with daily container summary to prevent cross shipment
- Send outstanding unreturned container list to the Transport department daily to update if container not returned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office
