Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing for our sales team
  • Attending to customers on order details & status, follow up on payment arrangements
  • Co-ordinate with procurement to fulfil customer’s order and work with warehouse on delivery arrangements
  • Making system entry for sales order, sales invoices and delivery orders
  • Provide administrative support for general logistic operation

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an “O” or “A” level, Nitec / Diploma in Logistics/Business
  • 2 years working experience in similar job function advantageous
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Service oriented with good communication and organization skill
  • Hardworking and pleasant personality
