Job Description: (B2C)
- Promote and upsell products to walk-in customers
- To be well-versed in our range of product (include fabrics and leather).
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service, prioritizing customer’s experience with the brand
- Attend to incoming calls and customer queries
- Establishing long term relationship with customers
- Building of customer base to ensure consistent sales pipeline
- Other duties as assigned by Team Leader or MD
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, sales-driven and customer service oriented
- Physically Fit (require to go for site measurement – not sensitive to fibre and dust)
- Highly Responsible, well organized and good follow up skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive working attitude
- Prior retail sales experience an advantage
- Basic Maths calculation needs
- Able to start work within short notice
- Able to work with minimum supervision
