- Assist to prepare daily finance duties, such as prepare payment, update received payment and cash bank-in matters, etc.
- Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and posted into system.
- Prepare Bank reconciliation
- Prepare Sales Reports, DSO Reports
- Prepare GST submission
- Good understanding of financial operating systems and procedures.
- Proficiency with computers, ERP and with good MS skills.
- Full spectrum of the administrative duties, such as facilitate management, office expenses, organizing corporate events, handle travel booking and hotel reservation, etc.
- Responsible for Time Management, Security System and Management of Vendors
- Verify staff’s claims.
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by Accountant and Managing Director.

Requirements
Min. 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to start work in short notice will be an advantage.
