Purpose of Job/Role:

Responsible for the accurate and successful building machines to meet the budget and time expectations as defined by the Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks

Lead of the assembly/debug process with the project manager if no manufacturing Manager assigned to the project
Final alignment and fine tuning of stations
Brainstorm potential Mechanical changes with the project team
Mechanical integration of systems such escapement feeder, tray handler
installation process at customer site
Follows direction from Project Manager on prioritization.
Provide technical training to customer which includes mechanical hardware & pneumatics, product change-over procedure, critical setup/alignment and preventive maintenance.
Prepare manufacturing documentation as part of the project documentation for projects.
Be responsible to meet the budget and deadline of pallets and critical stations
Collaborate with other Project Engineers to streamline activities and share technical difficulties
Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

can Exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.If the use of arm and/or leg control requires exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker sits most of the time, the job is considered light work.
Must be able to travel as requested,
Must be available to work overtime if project needed
May be required to work off shift hours and Holidays
Education with diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience in the automation/machine building industry

Special Requirements:
