Job Description:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to support SEA business goals, responsible for events management, public relations, media engagement and branding. In this role, you will also be leading the digital marketing initiatives and campaigns for web and social media channels. You will need to collaborate closely with the industries team to ensure we promote our offerings and solutions in the most compelling way through the right marketing mix, assets and messaging.
- – Design marketing plan, consolidate and manage marketing budget
- – Develop marketing content for presentation, demonstration and display purposes, ensure consistency and alignment with global branding guidelines
- – Content and assets development for digital marketing campaigns
- – Consolidate and develop annual marketing events calendar including potential 3rd party exhibition, product launch and marketing campaign
- – Drive sales opportunity via digital marketing campaign, tracked leads and monitor in CRM and convert to opportunity
- – Liaise with global marketing and industries team to identify key products and applications to develop and build dynamic demos demonstrating our solutions and capabilities
- – Support and create marketing materials for SEA regions
- – Design and develop Virtual Reality program for skid system design and training
- – Design and develop products and industries content for Social Media channels promotion
- – Liaise with global marketing for product launch assets and materials. Design and execute product launch plan for SEA
- – Ensure SEA offices information in website are up-to-date
- – Collaborate closely with the marketing (HQ) and local sales teams to drive alignment and create sales opportunity
- – Work with LID to develop and execute area growth initiatives and sales plan aligned with GID’s strategy
- – Drive LID to develop yearly forecast and identify project funnels for the next 3-5 years
- – Manage LID to expands market coverage and funnels via developing new customers in new territories
- – Drive LID to collaborate with local sales, support and technical teams to achieve orders and profit target
- – Develop and manage business review & performance metrics with the country GMs and leaders in the region quarterly
Requirements:
- – 3 years of working experience on developing professional content / digital communication marketing content within Industrial Marketing environment
- – Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, especially with mock-ups, web design and multimedia presentation
- – Knowledge in WordPress and SharePoint are a plus.
- – Adaptive design eye and skill with good communication skills
- – Ability to communicate information in an interesting way, pulling out the benefits, value, and story behind tactics, case studies and other materials.
