International Sales Operations Manager/Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Main contact point for communication with/from International Sportswear Distributors.
• Manage account relationships (and information) via email and phone calls, primarily on sales-related matters.
• Track progress and requirements of Customers’ orders from placement to point of delivery.
• Communication and coordination of information between internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sourcing).
• Order Processing including inventory order planning activities.
• Perform shipment coordination with freight forwarders and customers.
• Involve and manage sales conferences/meetings.
• Ensure proper record and documentation verifications and filing.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by team manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a College Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/ Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
• Open to fresh university graduate who is willing to learn and title will be based on experience.
• An outgoing personality and a team player, with a positive work attitude and work under minimum supervision.
• Works well under pressure, have strong planning and organizing skills.
• Customer-oriented skills and logistic knowledge are essential for this role.
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot table)
