Job Description:
- Answer IT support enquire and address technical issues logged with the IT team onsite office.
- Receive and respond to incoming phone calls, and/or tickets, and/or instant message regarding end user computing problems.
- Assist internal users with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of laptops, mobile devices, desk phones, video endpoint systems, peripheral equipment and software complying with given standards and guidelines.
- Assist
- Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of various degrees of any PC related problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
- Ensure the efficient and comprehensive resolution of incidents and requests.
- Report and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary.
- IT asset management including software and hardware
- Follow Operations Management with the internal procedure
- Ensure tickets are completed within agreed SLA’s.
Requirements:

- Monitor incoming support request and handle according to response and resolution time (Ticket Management Systems for recommendations around priority levels and response and resolution times)
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing technologies in Microsoft/AWS preferred
- Should be certified/experienced in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive, VMware Air watch (mdm), Okta. Need to be familiar with MacOS operating environment
