Job Description:

  • Provide quotations, process sales orders and sales confirmation to customers.
  • Handling of enquiries from customers through phone and email.
  • Arrange deliveries and shipments for local/ overseas customers.
  • Prepare and handling of day-to-day documents for delivery.
  • Work closely with Sales & Warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Liaise with headquarter/ overseas offices to address customer requests and concerns with regards to delivery.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • “O”/ “A” level or above.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Pays attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to commerce work immediately preferred.
  • PC skills required (MS office knowledge is necessary).
