Job Description:
• Directly reporting to the IT Lead to deliver functional expertise, leadership and support IT
systems and solution for the region.
• Responsible for the implementation, installation, testing, commissioning and support of all
related IT infrastructure projects.
• Responsible to project manage, prepare documents, update status to internal and external
project team
• Plan and perform project deployment roll up including site survey, installation, testing,
commissioning and user acceptance test till project closure.
• Provide administrative training to customers on operation and maintenance needs.
• Ability to install and configure workstation (Windows), Server Operating Systems (Linux
/Windows) and various networking systems (Switch, Router, Firewall).
• Ability to develop, maintain and document installation, and configuration standard
procedures
• Must be able to use discretion in handling confidential information
• Strong analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, prioritize tasks,
communicate in a professional and timely manner in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently

contractors and stakeholders in the region
• Able to work in customers’ premises and travel overseas on job assignment when required.

• Understand and adhere to health & safety policies and ensure quality of workmanship is
maintained at all times to the highest possible standards.
Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Electronics/Computer Engineering/ Information
Technology.
• Experience in implementation and/or maintenance of IT infrastructure such as workstations,
servers, and networking systems.
• Knowledge in structured cabling will be advantage
• Experience in project management, and manage Suppliers/Contractors will be advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and Words
