Job Description:
· Requires technical knowledge and understanding or different metrology instruments & Geometrical Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
· Carry out special task assigned by superiors as and when required. For example, conduct MSA / GR&R study, create on-site programming, etc.
· Carry out after-sales support (both local & overseas) such as product software and hardware training / application / demonstration to internal & external customers (new / existing), overseas office staff & agents;
· Carry out machine setup & calibration of products distributed by Company to office demonstration room, local & overseas customers, and exhibitions as and when required;
· Overseas customer / agent support will be required maximum 2 times per month (only when travel restriction is lifted).
· Interact with sales & service teams to proactively maximize new business opportunities.
· Assist Sales team by providing feedback from customers.
· Undergo trainings recommended by Company.
· Project professional and helpful image.
· Reporting directly to the Training head of department, indirectly to General Manager & Managing Director.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Computing (preferred)
· With hands-on experience with metrology equipment or Industrial equipment.
· Ability to work in fast pace environment, multi-task and strong team player.
· Able to handle overseas assignments (involves 1 week overseas trip).
· Self-driven, excellent interpersonal with good communication skills.
5 days work week.
