Job Description:

Acts as the principal focal point and supports for all super users throughout the ERP system. Coordinate all company business users that are operating the ERP system at it most efficient and effective levels of service. You will work with developers, product owners and operations to collaboratively deliver various team requirements and goals to advance the platform.

Responsible for project implementation and support on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects.

• Defines application problem by conferring with the vendor; evaluating procedures and processes.
• Provide ad-hoc reports from off the shelf and in-house systems using T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting and Services and ERP application specific reporting tools to generate meaningful reports for users to analyze trends and statistics.
• Identify, debug and create solutions for issues with code and integration into application architecture.
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation of applications developed, including change management.
• Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and prior experience working with business database systems.
• Good understanding of software application life-cycle, patching, releases and basic systems administration activities associated with application support.
• Needs to have exceptional technical know-how and experienced in using the proper technology. (Example: Infor, Sage or SAP).
• Additionally, must have other soft skills such as time management, resourcefulness, and being a team player.
• The programmer is required to have good communication skills to communicate with teammates as well as our colleagues.

• Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in ERP support environment and software development. (preferable)
• Proven experience with programming language (C#, VB.Net).
• Good knowledge of SQL language and Crystal Reports.
• Direct experience with Epicor software development methodologies a plus.
