Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepares proposal and budget estimation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Manage pre and post contracts administrative matters
- Develop, review and manage compliance of tender and contracts specifications
- Manage vendor pre-qualification & award of sub-contractor contracts
- Lead and manage QS team in tender submission.
- Liase and negotiate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and clients s, and potential parties
- Attend meetings, prepare and monitor project correspondences
- Any other assigned duties
Requirment
- Steel Specialist Builder (Good to have)
- Must have at least 5 years work experience, with minimal 2 years in an A1/A2 Main contractor firm
- Able to lead and guide a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to evaluate quotations concientiously.
- Must display track records of recent successful bid (past 3 years)
