DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Provide assistance & support to the Director/CEO to plan, schedule & organize HR activities such monthly organization meeting, board meeting etc.
2 Human Resources policies, activities are properly documented (& maintained) to support & guide all aspects of HR functions and operations (inclusive of recruitment, training & development, performance management).
3 Ensure timely delivery of monthly payment and related payment matters
4 Maintain and operate Sage 300 Accpac payment modules
5 Support Colleagues’ queries on procurement processes
6 Maintain confidentiality for records on accounts
7 Operate and maintain EasyPay system. File & archive all (HR related) information to support all management, organizational, business, functional & tactical decisions, activities & responsibilities in accordance to statutory or regulatory requirements.
8 Guide disciplinary investigation or counsel or resolve employees’ grievances.
9 Manage all Compensation and Benefits related programmes such as annual salary review, performance appraisal and more
10 Perform full set of Payroll functions including CPF submission and yearly IR8A submission with accuracy
11 In charge of full spectrum of Payments, posting of AP Invoices, payments entries through ACCPAC system.
12 Issue cheques and prepare bank reconciliations.
13 Administer general application for Bank services and Telegraphic Transfer.
14 Perform general admin tasks, such as arranging Gifts and Condolences wealth, maintaining sufficient stock for office stationery, photocopying papers, beverages, and etc.

 

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SPECIFICATION
1 Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications.
2 Minimum 3 years of Human Resource or Finance experience
4 A strong Team Leader as well as a capable Team Member.
5 Strong knowledge CPF, MOM, PDPA and other related Laws
6 Capable of working with minimum supervision and comfortably across different cultural environment.
7 Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
8 Good interpersonal and communication skills
