Requirement would be as follows:
- Candidate must posses minimum GCE O Level certification or Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate in any field
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in retail store operations with minimum 2 years capacity of overall store management.
- Strong analytical skills in sales.
- Excellent personnel management and leadership skills.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shift duty.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Basic is preferred.
- Preferable experience in high end luxury fashion brand
Job Description :
- Lead the team in achieving department vision, KPIs and stretch goals that are set by the company.
- Constantly monitor company KPIs and implement plan to achieve sales target.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the store of his/her responsibilities.
- Responsible to team build and assist in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job.
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationship through CRM program.
- Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned store.
