Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
1. Source, evaluate, select and negotiate with regional and international suppliers for
the most competitive purchase package in terms of quality, prices, delivery &
services.
2. Support R&D department for procurement of parts/components for development
and test of alpha & beta prototypes of new products
3. Assist in materials planning for Pilot and Mass Production of new product launched
internationally
4. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and add value to the business opportunities.
5. Plan and manage inventory levels of factory to ensure orders fulfilments and
shipment to customers.
6. Have opportunities to visit our factory, suppliers on inventory planning, productions,
and incoming quality control of components and products
Job Requirements :
• Min 2 years experience in Global Procurement.
• Min Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Material Science, Mathematics and economics or equivalent.
• Have strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Meticulous and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience in ERP/MRP System will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, initiative and responsible
