Job Description:
- Site survey, installation & commission of capital equipment;
- Purchase & maintain service inventory;
- Propose & negotiated service contract;
- Plan & carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance;
- Service & maintain various equipment in operation theatre, specialist clinics within local hospitals and private clinics;
- Provide support to the business development team and endusers on product related queries;
- Conduct user and product training for end user;
- Conduct operational & technical training for doctors, nurses & BMEs;
- Communicate with manufacturers on product complains;
- Handle RMA issues for various agencies;
- Developing & implementing IT infrastructure & network;
- Installation & Troubleshooting PC & software;
- Desktop support for various applications.
Requirements:
- Diploma in engineering and has at least 5 years experience hands-on in servicing of equipments or machineries (preferably in medical field);
- Ability to work with fellow colleagues in the business development field and also in the same department;
- Ability to use MS Outlook and Excel is a must;
