Your Responsibilities
You manage the sales strategy and commercial action plan for your area, aligned with the business unit strategy and compliant with Group guidelines. You represent Power Accessories in your area and you promote all our products and services. You develop and maintain excellent customer relations and create a better understanding of the customer’s needs. You report to the Cluster Sales Manager of Middle East and Asia.
Your Key-activities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy and action plan to reach sustainable business performance.
- Manage all commercial KPI’s for the area.
- Analyze sales and market information and define the action plan accordingly.
- Build and maintain long term customer relations.
- Ensure the sales until payment.
- Build a complete knowledge of our Power accessories product portfolio.
- Contribute to innovation.
- Create a good network with all functions.
What We Are Looking For
- Business Degree with technical background.
- At least 5-7 years experience in a technical commercial B-to-B environment.
- Good listener, strong communicator.
- Profound Sales Management competencies, negotiation and contracting skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You like to take responsibility and are results-oriented
- You like commercial challenges and are a good networker.
- You like to work independently and as part of a team.
