Job Responsibilities
• You will be part of the Electrical & Instrumentation Team
• To manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute
works within given timeframe
• To resolve site issues with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors
and/or related third parties
• To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors’ site
representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
• To plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities in accordance to the master
schedule, maintaining, manage and document all project reports and statements
• To monitor work progresses, productivities, qualities and materials usages and
ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, productivities, qualities and within
quantities.
• To enforce and ensure that all supervisors, workers and subcontractors abide to
safety, health and environment rules and regulations.
• To prepare Materials Bill of Quantities requires for the project
• Assist in all preparation and submission of tenders, quotations and costing of jobs.
• Assist in the preparation of progress claim, variation valuations, purchase order,
work orders, contracts, final accounts and deal with clients in relation to claims and
contract issues.
• Assist in project administration and co-ordination works that included sourcing,
schedule preparation, liaison with different departments and dealing with suppliers
• Attendance for ALL Tools Box meetings and all Safety meetings
• To implement Testing & Commissioning plan
Job Requirements:
• Able to commit to 6 days work
• Diploma/ ITC certificate in related trade with 3 years’ experience
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry will be highly preferred
• Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course and any other WSH related
Certificates
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
• Must be a team player who can persevere, is diligent, holds integrity and takes
initiative
