Job Description:

• Managing the existing offshore drilling customers, developing a strong B2B relationship based on our superior service reputation.
• Provide on-site technical sales support to customers, providing troubleshooting on application and hydraulic drilling hose solutions on all types of offshore equipment.
• Work with internal service departments, to ensure we continue to provide a superior customer service on-site.
• Identify & acquire new business opportunities in the oil & gas market with a major focus on long term service contracts.
• Develop new customer’s base and increase our market share and maximize new business development opportunities
• Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets.
• Ensure timely collections of overdue from customers under their responsibility
• To proactively manage clients & follow-up to ensure timely delivery of goods and services has been provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification. Prefer with Min 6 months experience in industrial / engineering sales (preferably from within the oil & gas industry).
• Ability to manage and develop an existing customer base individually.
• Technical/mechanical knowledge on offshore equipment is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Dynamic, resourceful & result oriented.
• Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
• Able to write, documentation, coordination and analytical skills,
• Constantly striving to offer the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
• Hands-on with a “can-do” attitude and willing to get his/her hands dirty in onshore/offshore environment.
• Willing to travel in short notice when necessary.
