Job Description:
- Responsible for purchase order processing, follow up with vendors and handle return /replacement order
- Coordinate with external and internal parties on delivery status
- Handle logistic part including goods receive, prepare local delivery and general shipping documents, and arrange local delivery and TNT consignment
- Monitor and manage sample inventory and maintain up to date record
- Check sample cuttings stock and place sample order to refill stock or according to sales request
- Assist in customer service and sales support
Requirements
- Min O level with 2 years’ experience in sales support and logistic arrangement
- Proficient with MS Office Application, and knowledge of using ERP system
- Ability to work multi-tasking with good coordination and communication skills
- Self-motivated, well organized, detail-minded, team-player
