Job Description
- Marketing
- Data entry & administrative duties (VIP membership)
- Campaign-tracking and monthly post-sales reports for all retail campaigns
- Take on any tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager
- Support office administration duties (eg. Answering of phone calls, forms preparation and dissemination when required, etc)
- Retail
- Support retail administration for 8 islandwide stores (eg, duty rosters, monthly overtime record, leave forms, update commission data, inventory transfer, etc)
- Promo keys setting in POS (Point of Sales)
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business / Retail / Marketing
- At least 2 years’ working experience (preferably in the Retail Industry)
- With knowledge in POS as an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially excel
- Must be comfortable with numbers, and able to present reports effectively in Excel (pivot tables, etc)
- Must be meticulous, efficient and able to multi-task
- Pleasant, good attitude and interpersonal skills
