Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating company efforts related to target key accounts and key development projects. Key metrics include but are not limited to: sales development, contracts/pricing, share of account business, customer satisfaction, quality, service.
- Develop/execute/maintain project pipeline at assigned target key accounts.
- Understand and communicate customer requirements and needs throughout the organization, then translate into business opportunities.
- Steering and prioritizing of key FPP projects to increase in respective market share
- Support cross border business on target setting and follow up activities together with local teams
- Manages the 4P’s of market perimeter, including price setting, product requirements, promotional activities and market entry points.
- Providing accurate technical input to the R&D team about market requirement for performance/ solutions to trigger further product development
- Foster collaboration within FPP teams and key stakeholders to solve customer problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Launch and follow up new product developments.
- Prepares regional launch package with regular communication to countries
- Implement digital strategies collaborating with MarComm, Regional and International marketing
- Ensure and support effective maintenance of customer data in global CRM system.
- Training of the FPP sales team members in practice and theory
- Supports the annual business planning process (ABP)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Chemical/Material/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering/ Marketing, Sales and Business Administration
- Relevant experience in Marketing/KAM/Sales with strong customer and market focus
- Possess open communication skills and a team player
- Possess analytic skills, result orientation and ability to open up new accounts
- Assertive and decisive with a hands on mentality
