Job Description:
- Monitor and handle documentations of food safety management system ISO22000. CCP forms, Plant Checklist, Material Request
- Food Safety Management System (FSMS) ISO22000:2018
- Regulatory and customer requirements
- Food Hygiene Audits
- Performed monthly department audit checks at production areas and ensure the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are in place.
- Customer Feedback / Complaint
- Pest Control
- Responsible in the pest control program and work closely with pest control vendor to rectify the pest issues at factory / outlets.
Requirements:
- Provide internal food hygiene training to production staffs (e.g. Food Handling, Food Hygiene, GMP, etc.)
- Analytical / Lab Test / Calibration
- Arrange for Lab Test onProduct Testing (Microbiological),Hands Swabs, etc.]
- Product Recall / Traceability
- Product Ingredients Label
