Job Description:
- Attend and participate in Site Survey, Tender briefing, design meetings for all ACMV/HVAC projects.
- Coordinate, liase, manage various project stakeholders on site, and Supervise technicians to ensure that project requirements are in accordance to contract specifications and time line.
- Reposible for planning, scheduling, forcasting, coordinating projects and keep proper records of all follow up actions.
- Preparing of MOS, RA, work service reports and other relevant documents.
- Hold technical discussion with various stakeholders to resolve technical or site issue.
- Paticipate in regular meetings with clients, provide after sales services including attending urgent activation on site.
- Able to understand and draft up engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, designs and etc.
- Follow up with the project and report on the process of the project to higher management.
- Other ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate / Nitec / Diploma / Degree in M&E or equivalence.
- Min 2 -3 Years of relevant working in building M&E, ACMV/HVAC releated project
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge on AutoCAD and drafting experience is an advantage.
- Valid driving licience will be advantages
