Job Description
- Perform aesthetic treatments for customers with high standard of service
- Perform skin/body/hair analysis for new and existing customers
- Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers
- Exposures to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair growth, hair removal, skin whitening, etc.
- Handle customers’ requests and enquiries
- Various sponsored training programs and skill upgrading courses available for outstanding performance
- Attractive company benefits such as travel perks, and various other commissions for good performance
- Responsible for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target
- Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales target are achieve by individual and team performance
- Handle customers feedback professionally
- Responsible in working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation
Job Requirements:
- Past experience as a therapist/beautician/aesthetician is a plus
- Well groomed with pleasant personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and service attitude
