Job Description and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Science discipline with 3 years and above experience in relevant role in polymer or rubber manufacturing environment. Those with 10 years experince in polymer or rubber manufacturing environment can apply.
- Working Knowledge of extrusion, compounding, similar polymer process
- Experience in transfering and implementing process into commerical manufacturing
- Experience Project Management, budgetary and planning
- Experience working in ISO9001 environment
- Excellent computer skills in MS office
