Job Description:
- Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and servicing production machineries, equipment, systems and infrastructures both Mechanically and Electrically.
- Responsible to ensure machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Minimize machine downtime.
- Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed
- Able to perform Preventive and Predictive TPM.
- To be able to monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs of machines breakdown.
- Ensure breakdown are attended to immediately and root cause determined with rectification.
- Using 5 why analysis tool to analyze the root cause of the breakdown.
- Responsible to submit improvement project (Kaizen).
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or ITE higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in production equipment and CNC machines.
- Good knowledge in hydraulic/pneumatic controls, PLCs, sensors and actuators.
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC control, PLC troubleshooting and modification will be an advantage
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical repair and troubleshooting experience is a must.
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to do/supervise fabrication and electrical works.
- Able to work 3 Rotative Shifts or permanent night shifts
