Job Description:
- Provide ERP support and troubleshooting for the subsidiaries in the region
- Provide support for AS 400 migration or data migration for the server upgrade / ERP upgrade in the region
- Responsible for checking and supporting recovery for the ERP system for the region
- Manage daily backup jobs and perform periodical restoration jobs
- Undertake any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering
- 2 years of working experience in software development is preferred
- Experience in supporting ERP applications in the Manufacturing/Distributions Sector is a plus
- Knowledge on Order Management, Purchase Order, Inventory Control, Production Control and Scheduling is a plus
- Experience in SQL is a must
- Experience in supporting ERP running on IBM AS/400, AS/400 (ISeries) administration and/or RPG & CL programming skill will be added advantage.
- Able to work independently and comfortable in a team.
- Meticulous, flexible, adaptable, pro-active personality with good interpersonal skills
- Possess strong desire to learn and have keen interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest software technology
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Time management skills and the ability to multi-task are essential
