Job Description:

• Network connectivity including managing and supporting LAN / WAN, DNS, VPN, SD-WAN infrastructure and services. Regular review of the Network performance, capacity planning.
• Coordinating and implementing regional IT Infrastructure & Security projects
• Network Security and managing of Firewall
• Server and Endpoint Security
• Server and Endpoint Backup
• Carry-out of yearly BCP and Backup Restoration Test exercise
• Follow-up of Security or Vulnerability findings of the Servers and Network
• Microsoft Azure Administration
• Microsoft Office 365 End-user support & Administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Support for Server Virtualization (eg. vMWare, Hyper-V, Nutanix, vxRail)
• Microsoft Windows Server Administration (2012 R2 or later version). Installation & Configuration, Active Directory, Group Policy Creation & Deployment
• Collaborate with service providers / third party vendors for daily operations and issues reported from users
• IT Asset Management (managing hardware & software licensing and life cycle)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent IT related qualifications
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 End-User Support and Administration
• Experience in configuring Cisco Router, Switch
• Good knowledge of Network WAN and LAN topology and Firewall
• Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation (e.g. UiPath) will be advantageous
• Fast learner with strong initiative
• Resourceful and a quick thinker
• Excellent time management
• Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently or under minimal supervision
• Customer service oriented and a team player
• Experience in the completion of a full Project Lifecycle is an added advantage
