Job Description:
- Represent Company as Main Liaison with Clients
- Prepare and Compile Costing for Building and Interior Works
- Attend all Design Consultation and Site Meetings
- Lead, Supervise and Manage all Design and Projects Schedules
- Prepare High Standards of 3D and AutoCad Drawings, Material Boards
- Prepare Schedule of Finishes and Project Management Schedules
- Brief and explain to Contractors on Proposed Design Intents and Finishes
- Ensure Quality and High Level of Customer Satisfactions
Requirements:
- Experience in designing residential and hospitality projects
- Computer-Aided Software Skills – Autodesk AutoCad, Autodesk 3D Max, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
- Good Leadership Skills with strong Technical Expertise
- Highly motivated, Confident, Eloquent with Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Words, Power-Point, etc
