You will be responsible for
- Outbound calls to prospects and existing Halodata customers for the purpose of qualifying leads from new marketing initiatives and targeted contact lists.
- Moving qualified complex leads to the field sales team for closing.
- Set appointments for the sales team.
- Handle inbound and outbound pre-sales communications with customers and partners in an effort to reduce the sales cycle and drive revenue for Halodata.
- Build and maintain accurate data in our CRM system
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient computer skills
- Able to manage time, leads, and produce results
- Team player
- Independent result-driven Individual
- Prior experience in IT/Security – advantage
- Processing of Quotations, Orders, customer requests
- Technical understanding an advantage
