You will be responsible for

  • Outbound calls to prospects and existing Halodata customers for the purpose of qualifying leads from new marketing initiatives and targeted contact lists.
  • Moving qualified complex leads to the field sales team for closing.
  • Set appointments for the sales team.
  • Handle inbound and outbound pre-sales communications with customers and partners in an effort to reduce the sales cycle and drive revenue for Halodata.
  • Build and maintain accurate data in our CRM system

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Able to manage time, leads, and produce results

  • Independent result-driven Individual
  • Prior experience in IT/Security – advantage
  • Processing of Quotations, Orders, customer requests
  • Technical understanding an advantage
