Internal Operations
- Responsible for upkeep of machines and equipment (Robotics/Metrology)
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities for lab/ facility equipment
- Advance skill in Industry-specific experience would be added advantage though not critical (2D/3D surface optical profiler/AFM/X-Ray inspection/Scanning electron microscope/Scanning acoustic microscope)
- Able to actively engage customers on technical solutions
- Able to work in Fab/Clean Room environment
- Willing to support short term, overseas assignments
- 1-2 year or more of hands-on experience in troubleshooting semiconductor/Etch equipment.
- Self-starter who is able to work independently and has a deep desire to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Repair, provide troubleshooting and support to minimize machine down time
- Perform installation and commissioning of new machines and lab/ facility equipment
- Document equipment functionality status, troubleshooting procedures, calibration schedule and data.
- Liaison with vendors on support related matters
- Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager
- Able to travel island wide or WW to meet manufacturers/customers
