Job Description:
- Coordinate task to engineers within Asia operations
- Monitor progress of various projects and team activities
- Communicate with customers with regards to technical matters
- Collaborate with the sales team to create new products
- Propose budgets for various projects
- Create needed reports that is related to Engineering activities / projects
- Train new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Diploma or equivalent
- Great analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Min 3 years experiences
- Ability to collaborate with other teams
- Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
- Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
- Ability to make decisions quickly
- With deep knowledge on process engineering and new product introduction
- Able to do PCB lay-outing and able to interpret schematic diagrams
- Willing to travel when needed locally and overseas
