Job Description:
- To develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and business opportunity.
- Responsible to gather market intelligence on new products, industry trends and competitive development.
- Strategic thinking and ability to propel development and growth in new markets.
- Planning of new products launches
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns to maximize media coverage.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Work closely with sales team on leads generated from marketing activities to ensure successful results are achieved through campaigns.
- Improve company’s branding and reputation through strategically improving website content and site rankings.
- Manage company’s online social media presences and communication (eg. Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Plan and design for company related trade show and events
- Drives continuous planning, execution, improvement and analysis of all marketing, advertising, media placement to ensure learnings are applied to future programs.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and has strong team work skills
- Good track record on Brand marketing as well as online marketing execution experience
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business and equivalent marketing discipline
- Possess strong marketing skills to leverage B2B business across all sectors
- At least 10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience (networking industry preferred)
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to handle direct communications with company staffs, customers, as well as media
