Job Description:

  • Provide frontline customer service
  • Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Assist in minor procedures
  • Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
  • Booking of referral appointments
  • Maintaining inventory levels
  • Perform basic triage
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • At least Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Need to have knowledge in claim processing
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Healthcare system, IT Savvy
  • Preferably specialized in Healthcare or equivalent
