Job Description:
- Assisting Manager in responsible for overall management including profit & loss, budgeting & cost control
- In–charge of overall operation of restaurant such as procurement and menu updating on POS & website
- Planning the roster and manpower deployment, ensure that restaurant has sufficient manpower for daily operation
- Involvement with sales strategic planning and development activities related to increasing sales revenue
- Involved in writing of company SOP and training programs syllabus if any
- Oversee F&B operational control to compliance with high hygiene standard and workplace safety standard and always ready for upgrading new level of service standard
- Handling client’s expectations and complaints
- Assist Events team on Events planning, management & execution
Requirements:
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Team Player and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability on supervising skill and problem-solving skill in operations
