Job Description:
- Provide set-up of mould and ancillary parts to new production run according to production job sheet or schedule.
- Ensure machines/mould set-up conform to standard requirement.
- Attend to daily product’s quality issues and rectify the defects.
- Report immediately to Supervisor when mould defects are detected.
- Take lead on the start-up of blowing machine (after every shutdown) on segregation of contaminated bottles.
- Exhibit excellent discipline and provide support to others when needed.
- Ensure proper housekeeping are carry out daily.
- Comply with all rules and regulations related to safety & COP.
- Complete any other adhoc tasks (e.g. takeover operator’s role) assigned by Departmental head/Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least “O” Level or Diploma in any field.
- Preferably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Able to do OT.
