Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring highest possible production and uptime in the scrap processing or WTE plant.
- Responsible for plant production and reliability / perform root cause investigations to increase reliability and general performance of machinery & equipment.
- Target for incident free and reliable operations, including timely and proper maintenance of systems.
- Responsible for implementing Maintenance Excellence by aligning with Best Practices.
- Ensure that preventive maintenance activities are proactively planned, prepared and scheduled with the required level of equipment reliability.
- Liaison with production team and other stakeholders; manage on-going maintenance activities.
- Ensure plant & machinery documentation and Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures are constantly updated.
- Ensure technical, environmental and safety aspects in all matters are in compliance with the HSE regulations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required knowledge: hydraulic system, rotating parts, PLC systems, conveyor belts.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent.
