Job Description:
- Providing application support for sales and services to clients and our staff;
- Providing on-site training and remote support to customers to service/resolve application problem;
- Supporting the marketing to create meaningful and appealing application samples to showcase the capabilities of our company’s product;
- Supporting the sales team on pre-sales stage i.e. application demo and after-sales support to Sales Team;
- Timely, accurate and complete updating of Service report upon receiving services enquiries and completion of services provided;
- Any other duties as assigned by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent;
- Required Skill(s): Working knowledge in Illustrator, AutoCAD, coreldraw, IT skills will be preferred
