Job Description:
- Perform Lease Administration duties for Company-managed properties, such as preparation of Letter of Office and other lease documentation work, updating and maintaining Tenant Masterlist, managing tenant relations and resolving tenant-related issues like performing handover/takeover, preparing incident report and carrying out enforcement actions on defaulted tenants/licensees
- Perform Arrears Management duties and following up with tenants to ensure timely payment of outstanding debts
- Keep good record of leasing documents and filing
- Arrange for stamping of Lease or Licence Agreement
- Handle tenants/prospective tenants and customer enquiries
- Ensure application and renewal of government permits/license
- Preparation of work or procurement order
Requirements:
- Microsoft office and Power Point
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and highly-motivated
- High degree of commitment and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have initiative, independent and well-organised
