Job Describtion:
- Monitor teachers’ daily teaching activities; check teachers’ SOW and weekly lesson plans, ensure that teachers have marked students’ homework promptly and keep records on all reports.
- Organize examinations and compile examination results based on schools’ schedule, and guide teachers to make relevant reports.
- Follow up on teachers’ KPI and conduct teacher appraisal aligned with the school policy.
- Conduct internal and external teachers training, set and carry out professional development plan.
- Liaise with other academic partners and build relationship with external partner universities.
- Lead your team to provide high quality student support services and student holistic programmes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements of CPE.
- Complete the tasks assigned by school.
Requirement:
- At least a Degree holder relevant to education.
- Agree with the school’s Mission, Vision and values
- More than three years of management experience in school.
- Familiar with the GCE and/or CAIE A level syllabus and able to teach relevant subject is preferred.
