Jobscope for Accounts Asst/Executive
- Updating accounting entries into in-house system, ensure posting to correct GL
- Prepare payment to suppliers and expenses related
- Prepare monthly statement of accounts for AR/AP, reconciliation and follow up with customers/suppliers for payment
- Daily update of all bank books for management budget meeting
- Weekly Reconciliation of Banks book statements
- Keep track of all company insurance, inclusive of vehicles and foreign workers medical insurance and monitor of renewals
- Preparation of Trade Finance application as required and follow up on all outstanding bills for settlement
- Liaise with employment agency for all foreign workers permit issue
- Generate monthly report for preparation of GST returns. Check and tie all entries to ensure the GST amount is billed correctly.
- General filing and upkeep of all files after audition to be packed and store
- General office letter writing with good communications skill
Qualification Requirement
Min LCCI certification with 2 year related field experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Sense of responsibility, meticulous and highly inquisitive
Work with initiative and fast learner
Company Operating Hours
- Official hour 5 day-week – 9am to 6pm (1hr lunch break)
- Overtime available when require to work late, pay according to MOM rules
- 12 days annual leave and 14 days Medical leave upon confirmation of permanent employment. Minimum 3 months probation.
