Job Description:
- On-site application education, turnover training, follow-ups, updates and upgrades for systems and applications and pre-sales demo
- Customer consultancy and support in workflow improvents, adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflow to expand customers’ portfolio
- Professional application support to address and resolve customers’ complaints and trouble-shooting and customer care
- Assist in the development of application training courses and execution of specific on-site application training curriculum for customers
- Support pre-sales activities through professional application consultancy and assist sales team to differentiate the clinical benefits of Canon Medical System from other competitors in the market
- Support trade fairs and conferences
- Collect clinical images and competitors’ information for sales and marketing request
- Study new products
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography/Ultrasonography
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experiences and training in clinical field
- Candidate without experience but possess the right positive attitude and self-motivated personality may be considered
- Ability to work independently and interact with people at all levels
- Excellent cllinical understanding of parameter impact on clinical results and ability to work as a team
