Job Purpose:
Provide effective Engineering/Technical support for PM, Parts Repair and Retrofit Operations to improve/maintain the overall equipment effectiveness of manufacturing equipment to meet production operation requirements
Major Accountabilities:
- Meet quality, yield and OEE through improvement in planned maintenance programs.
- Perform and complete the “Preventive Maintenance Program” (Mechanical and Automation).
- Review and continuously improve on the planned maintenance program.
- Participate in process improvement / automation projects including optimization of production equipment.
- Attend to breakdown of instruments and control equipment.
- Record and maintain maintenance records of the preventive maintenance work performed.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S at the work place.
- Perform parts repair.

Background:
- Education : NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Electrical/Automation Fields or Equivalent
- Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in related fields.
