Job Description:
- Troubleshooting with EU devices
- Manage/Change Request on the current site equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Job Requirements:
- Work experience – 1 year an above
- Specific knowledge
- Able to perform shift work
- Working hours – 40 hours in a week (Include PH and weekend- Alternate)
