Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting with EU devices
  • Manage/Change Request on the current site equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience – 1 year an above
  • Specific knowledge
  • Able to perform shift work
  • Working hours –  40 hours in a week (Include PH and weekend- Alternate)
