Job Description

Main role functions:

  • To understand customers’ need and requirements, and to develop competitive solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
  • To demonstrate and highlight process / product features and benefits as part of solution proposal to customers.
  • To manage welding process conversion implementation matters.
  • To maintain relationship with key existing customers and develop business relationship with prospective end-customers.
  • To develop / implement comprehensive actions plans to aggressively grow business within existing and / or prospective customers.
  • To make economic justification, presentation on total cost, and productivity improvement to mid & senior management level.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must have at least a bachelor engineering honors degree in Electronics & Electrical, Materials Science, Industrial and Systems, Mechanical, Science (Physics) or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of major welding processes and their applications: FCAW, SAW, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW will be a plus.
  • Candidate with industry experience in implementing new processs / process improvement will be considered favourably.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills.
  • Person with high integrity, trustworthy and respect.
  • Must be a team player with positive attitude.
  • Strong competitive drive, focus and hard-working.
  • Willing to travel.
