Job Description:
- Gather and analyse System Requirements
- Ensure constant availability of technical resources of different configs
- Oversee the installation & configuration of new hardware and application software
- Write custom scripts to automate deployment and System test suites
- Perform System and database testing
- Troubleshoot systems with the software issues & technical issues
- Handle tasks for post-release images
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Tester, System Analyst or similar role
- 1+ years of experience in infrastructure
- Experience in security testing , Linux system hardening is a plus
- Experience with and knowledge of operating systems and server solutions (Exchange, SQL, Terminal Services (RDS), IIS, Active Directory).
- Good to have:
- Experience in VMWare, AWS and Azure platforms
- Shell scripting expertise
- Proven track record of success in installation and maintenance of LINUX-based software
- Experience creating scripts (e.g. using Perl, Ruby, Python) and setting up software for automation.
- Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
- Test case writing, execution, defect logging in JIRA
